We are looking for an intern (FLINTA*) to join our team!
We are looking for an intern (FLINTA*) to work in our association with a focus on anti-discriminatory and gender-specific work with migrant/refugee FLINTA* as well as for our projects FLINTr*Aum and M.A.P-Migration, Awareness, (Em-)Power.
The tasks include:
- Supporting the organization and implementation of events, workshops, and training courses.
- General office work and administrative support for the work of trixiewiz.
- Public relations and editorial work in maintaining social media (website, Instagram, newsletter).
- Participation in committees, conferences, etc.
Requirements:
- Transcultural competence and multilingualism desirable
- Knowledge on anti-discrimination, intersectionality, racism, gender
- Experience in political education and/or in working with migrants and/or refugees
- Experience in social media
Are you interested in learning about the transcultural and anti-discrimination work of trixiewiz e.V.? Would you like to complete an internship of several months (at least 3-6 months) as part of our work? Would you like to participate in empowerment and awareness-raising work?
Scope: at least 15/20 hours per week
Internship duration: at least 3 months, preferably 6 months
We offer personal support, flexible working hours, individual teaching and learning goal agreements, and a transcultural team. Unfortunately this is not a paid internship.
