We are happy to offer a new event for refugee women* ! Together with Silvia Bonapace and DaMigra we will offer a conversation on the topic “pregnancy, birth and perinatal education”. This event offers a space to exchange experiences about pregnancy, birth and the first period with the newborn baby. We will focus on the needs of mother and child , while leaving room for individual questions. The conversation will focus on medical offers and rights, hormonal changes, stress and stress-relief.
When? : 24th November 2016 at 10.00 a.m.

بالتعاون بين Trixiewiz , DaMigraa يسرنا أن ندعوكم لحضور المحاضرة الصحية حول : الحمل والولادة والاعتناء بالأطفال.
وذلك نهار الخميس الواقع في 24 تشرين الثاني 2016 في تمام الساعة العاشرة صباحاً.

سيتركز النقاش حول الأمور الأساسية التي تتعرض لها المرأة الحامل. كذلك سنوفر مجال من أجل تبادل الخبرات والتجارب خلال فترة الحمل والولادة. كذلك سيتركز الموضوع حول الأحتياجات الأساسية للمرأة الحامل والطفل. كذلك هناك مساحة للأستفسار عن أي تسائل أو طرح أي مشكلة من أجل الوصول إلى الحلول الممكنة.
كذلك سنتناول العوارض الصحيه والتغييرات الفيزيولوجيه والنفسيه للمرأة الحامل. وعوارض التعصيب والضغط النفسي. وسنعمل على طرح أفكار من أجل تخفيف حدة التوتر والضغط النفسي.
يمكننا بناء جسر تواصل من أجل الاستفادة من خبرات بعضنا البعض وكذلك يمكننا أن نتعلم من بعضنا.
الدعوة عامة للنساء وكذلك المحاضرة مترجمة إلى اللغه العربيه.
